Initial Fees and Deposits

Application Fees

Single Applicant / Married Couple — $50.00

Pet Fee

Nonrefundable — $200.00

Holding Deposit

One half of one month’s rent. This holds the property until move in. At that time the deposit is applied to the rent.

Security Deposit

One month’s rent. This is to protect the Landlord against damage and other unpaid charges. If there are no damages or unpaid charges, the security deposit will be returned within (30) days after the receipt of all keys.

Removal and Storage of Appliance Fees

Those tentants who want to use their own appliances (in properties where they are already furnished,) must pay the removal and storage fees for the appliances being removed.
