About Cameron Property Management and the Staff
Cameron Property Management has been in business in Wake County since 1983 – beginning as Certified Property Management. Jim Cameron, a licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina, is the Owner and President. He has owned the company since 1993, after 25 successful years as a manager in the computer hardware service business. Since 1993, Cameron Property Management has tripled in size and is described by many real estate agents as “the best property management company in Wake County.” Managing property is the Number One and Only Thing We Do.
Jim Cameron provides individualized, personal service for all of the properties he manages. He is assisted in the office by Elaine D’Angelo, the full-time Office Manager, and Bonnie Cruz, the full-time Administrative Assistant. A 24-hour answering service and a person on-call 24-hours a day/seven days a week provide efficient and effective service for all your property management needs.
Cameron Property Management has a relationship with a variety of contractors who provide quality maintenance service at reasonable prices. Because of the good relationship with these contractors, Cameron Property Management’s clients and properties receive fast service when a problem arises. Cameron Property Management does not benefit financially from the maintenance services that are provided. We coordinate maintenance at no charge - it is a service to our owners and tenants.
